The simple answer no. Remove the doors remove the hinges spray the doors and drwaer fronts in a place with not dust paint the boxes inside on a dust free day. replace the hinges when ready to hang. If you plan on a different pull or handles then before painting all the holes for the old ones need fillimng an dsanding too.

I've never seen painted hinges that didn't look like someone was sloppy / lazy and didn't mask them off / take the doors off when painting the cabinets. Despite not liking the current color, they may be better than the implication painting them would give.
