How large is the area you plan for the lounge area?

I vote Pavers.

They are more durable than poured concrete. If the ground shifts years from now the concrete could crack but the pavers would be easier to repair or replace.

pouring a level surface would be more stable. Pavers pitch and move with the weather... not to mention weeds grow in the cracks.

Pros and cons to both. I’d do pavers. Cement cracks and needs cleaning upkeep

And be sure to connect the space to your existing walkway with a path of pavers or stones. Otherwise you will wear a path through your grass.
