If you are just referring to this wall and everything is going to stay the same then you really don't need anything else on the wall.

What good are two chairs that can't view the TV? Move them to a better location.

Theyre accent chairs. We have other furniture in the living room and this is the only place these look good. I cant put them to the right bc there's a fireplace. And the wall opposite of tv is couch with pass throughs on each side.

I found this image at carlaaston.com. It could be fun to find just the right vintage frames and art that suit your room. I’d look for art that includes black so that it relates well to your TV screen.

I would not decorate around the TV. it also appears that you have chairs in a non-functional spot. i don’t think non-functional looks good, so i would consider moving them. we cant advise where without seeing the rest of the room.
