I think a single hung will look better in the center than two casements. Is this a new build? If so, I would rethink the double front doors with arched window insets. Just do a single door with sidelights and don't have arched windows in the door. If you don't have muntins in your windows you should be keeping the door style simple, and also the garage doors. Right now the house isn't really one particular style. What style were you hoping to achieve?

Thanks! We are still playing around with the design. We haven't decided on what the front elevation and garage and front doors will look like. Everything in there is just a placeholder. Our home is a ranch style home built in the 1960s. We want to go with a modern farmhouse look after the remodel. Any suggestions around that would be welcome too!

What are you looking to gain from the bay window? From my perspective you are not gaining much for the 20K the project will cost.

We are remodeling 80% of the house incl. relocating the kitchen. The cost of the window replacement is trivial in the grand scheme of things. We just want a nice place to sit and relax or read a book by the window in our office room. That's all. Not much else to it.

The bay window doesn't complement the style of your home.
