Is this plain concrete on this porch?

It looks like a combination of bluestone and cement? Is that correct?

Actually this large wrap-around porch is poured concrete with limestone sills. The oversized walkway is bluestone. The homeowner has a couch and seating area in front of the french doors - a very usable place to relax and entertain family and friends.
