What is the size of that room approx?

Funny you ask as I have a meeting with this client Saturday. Not very big as most Carmel home are cottages and small. I'm guessing the sofa wall is 10' since the sofa is 7' and the table is 2' and there is about 1' between the sofa and fireplace. The chair wall is a pony wall (you can't see) and there are steps up to the dining room to the left of the chair. That wall is maybe 6' or 7'. The console table wall is probably 15', and there are steps from the foyer down into the living room so the fourth side is pretty wide open with a small wall on the right side by the console.
