Were there any issues cutting the backsplash for electrical outlets? ie. cracking etc. Thanks so much. Beautiful kitchen.

Thanks for the kind words! As for cracking or splitting we didn't experience any problems with working with this material. When cutting i would purchase a small high-gloss drawer door (check IKEA's 'as-is' section and maybe pick one up for 5 bucks) and test by cutting it. Good luck!
