Horrible, horrible!!!!! Will never set foot in that store again. Was lied to about a price after an order was placed and paid for. Tried to charge me $60.00 shipping at pick up

I ordered sconces from them that were too big. The order was around 1600 dollars. I have been trying to return them for a month. They will not give me instructions on how to return and receive a refund. They keep giving me the run around. I have never had this kind of issue with a return. I will never order from this company again.

Like so many others who have left negative reviews, I refuse to do business with inept people who do not value the customer. We ordered a desk from Meadow Blu and have asked for shipping updates from Candace. She refuses to respond. If you go back and look at the comments over the past few years, many of the negative reviews are met with canned, disingenuous responses from the owner. It appears it's easier to make excuses than to identify and fix the problems causing the negative reviews. This business is poorly managed and doesn't deserve your time or money.

They have terrible follow-up. I had to call and email too many times to get a refund on something I ordered that they couldn’t produce. They are a new company and after the cancellation debacle I asked for a discount on another purchase to entice me to purchase something after waiting so long for a coffee table I never got. They never sent anything resembling, we apologize for your inconvenience, please accept this as a Token of our appreciation for your inconvenience. So disappointing!!!!!

Great website. Great selection. Was able to talk to their knowledgeable customer service staff who answered me and my wife’s questions. Even stopped in their local store while on vacation and they have weekend hours-that never happens anymore. Had to wait for delivery but it was worth the wait. You know what they say, happy wife, happy life!!

Ordered 2 nightstands. As was expected, the schedule was continually delayed. What was not expected and Not acceptable was the horrible communication and the complete lack of empathy. Outgoing communication should have happened, as opposed to my always having to ask. Due to the substantial delays and the amount of time I spent via phone and emails checking back on it, I requested a discount and was told they would look into it. Many weeks later, still nothing on that. I reached out again on that issue letting them know I might wish to cancel it or refuse delivery. This included calls from me on the day before delivery, the day of delivery, and the day after delivery. No return calls. I left the packages unopened for a few days, awaiting their return calls. Nothing. I called Yet Again (6 days after delivery) and I was chastised that I had not opened them (UPS package refused -return to sender calls for Unopened Packages). Thing is, I HAD called the day after delivery, spent quite a while on the phone with a representative who then left a msg for Candace. She did not call me back. It was only after I called yet again that I spoke with her. That day, after being told by Candace that refusal was not an option, I opened the packages and that same day I reported damages. We have 3 legs that cannot be fully attached, and 1 leg that is damaged. I have emailed twice this week with pictures, and called at least 6 times, and left 2 voice mails. I have not heard back from them.
When delays are incurred, reducing profits to satisfy a customer seems to be fairly standard practice. During Covid, we refurnished our entire home, and encountered multiple delays. For each one of these (Outside of Meadow Blu), we received good communication and a discount. The other vendors gave us options and communication, and so we would shop those other vendors again.
In contrast, Meadow Blu constantly blames the manufacturer for all issues, including lack of communication. They appear incapable of making their own decision to reduce their profit margin in order to issue a partial refund in order to make up for their mistakes on unacceptable service. They are seemingly devoid of quality customer service and have a complete lack of empathy. We would Not Shop Meadow Blu again.
I am about to proceed with a chargeback.

The absolute worse customer service ever. These people are a joke. Waited forever and kept being lied to about delivery. Also, should you want them to bring in their item that you overpaid for inside your house they will charge you an extra $900. If not, they will literally dump it in your driveway. Hope that it's not damaged because they won't take it back.

Horrible just like others posted they don’t take returns and it doesn’t say that anywhere. Within two weeks my chairs were coming apart and they are NOT cheap. I am looking into a bbb compliant as the item doesn’t say final sale anywhere nor on my receipt.

do not buy from this company. Worst customer service. they wont take returns for items that are sold everywhere and can be returned. They offer to accept the return after dealing with horrible customer service, then reverse their decision. They are extremely unprofessional and not customer friendly.

I purchased the BLU Home Chandler Bed in February 2021. While the bed took a long time to arrive, I was understanding as supply chain has been difficulty during Covid. I received my bed in June of 2021 and it arrived completely destroyed. Ripped and torn fabric, wood sticking out of the bed, and it was physically not able to be put together. I was incredibly disappointed after waiting four months to receive my bed. I reached out to customer service and submitted a claim and things got worse. Customer Service claimed they could not accept the bed to be returned because I had accepted the delivery. Of course I accepted a box delivery! The bed from the exterior (in the box) appeared fine. IT was when I opened the box in my condo and the delivery truck was long gone, I was able to see the immense damage. I explained this to Customer Service, who fought me on this for weeks. I was finally able to have my claim submitted and was told I would have an update the week of October 8th. Since then I have called Customer Service numerous times and emailed my claims representative multiple times with no response. It is now 10 months later and I do not have a bed, nor do I have a bed on its way. My entire condo is furnished and my bedroom has a mattress on the floor. It has been a disappointment to lose time, money and to be treated so poorly. All I am seeking is what I paid for, an unharmed bed for my bedroom. I will never use this company again and am only writing this review to prevent others from having the same experience as myself. I have tried posting a review on the company website and it will not be published.

I am very disappointed with me recent experience: their return policy is awful and they dont want to follow it either. You need to spend a lot of your time in order to return an item and it will cost you a LOT of money.
Their customer service is awful: sales people are rude .
I do not recommend it. Please be aware.
