This floor is original to my home built in 1964. I used Barkeepers Friend and a small amount of water. The brush drill bits work like magic. Then I rinsed with a damp towel. It really cleaned up the grout. I spent about 3-4 hours for a 9.5 x 6.5 foot bathroom floor. My sister uses Liquid Paper on her grout.

Both Dremel tool or diamond blade are a bad idea, Dremels are way too time consuming and both have a god chance of scratching or damaging the tile. The tool to use is an oscillating multitool with a grout blade.
