Master bath and laundry room in one? If it looks like this then YES PLEASE! As usual, all of the digital measuring, fabrication, and installation of the countertops were done by us! This basement renovation received a major facelift and now it’s everyone’s favorite spot in the house! There is now a theater room, exercise space, and high-end bathroom with Art Deco tropical details throughout. A custom sectional can turn into a full bed when the ottomans are nestled into the corner, the custom wall of mirrors in the exercise room gives a grand appeal, while the bathroom in itself is a spa retreat.

Delta brushed nickel shower components: body sprays, shower head, slide bar with handheld. Schluter edges finish the double shower niches. Porcelain look marble tile is easy to clean, sleek in look, and durable.

We turned our other bathroom into a replica of the foyer of Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion—or at least what the powder room off that foyer would look like if there were one! The primary bathroom is open to the bedroom and has a custom wood vanity with white quartz countertops. The backsplash tile is a textured wall tile that also was used in the shower.

We are incredibly delighted to present the following project to our fans! This full home remodel exemplifies luxury in every way. The expansive kitchen features two large islands perfect for prepping and servicing large gatherings, floor to ceiling cabinetry for abundant storage and display purposes, and Cambria quartz countertops for durability and luster. The master bath screams elegance with beautiful tile work throughout, which is easily visible through the large glass panes. The brushed stroke cabinetry adds contrast from the white soaking tub which is front and center. Truly a spa retreat that is a sanctuary. By moving and minimizing the height of the pony wall and shortening the vanity, we were able to enlarge the shower and keep the shower bench. Tiling to the ceiling also makes the shower appear more expansive and cohesive.

This modern design was achieved through chrome fixtures, a smoky taupe color palette and creative lighting. There is virtually no wood in this contemporary master bathroom—even the doors are framed in metal.
