This primary bedroom features a leather upholstered headboard wall, wood slatting millwork focal wall, black leather nightstands, and a mid-century-modern light fixture in gold. Fun patterns and a neutral palette with splashes of green.

Across from the bed, we designed an accent wall, carrying the flooring up the wall with a plaster, cement look finish. We selected a contrasting wood dresser with super clean lines and a minimal profile to maintain a modern look.

This South Miami master blends comfort and craftsmanship. A curved lounge chair and layered neutrals create softness, while the custom built-in with integrated TV adds both function and visual balance to the space.

Simple forms and finishes in the furniture and fixtures were used as to complement with the very striking exposed wood ceiling. The white bedding with blue lining used gives a modern touch to the space and also to match the blues used throughout the rest of the lodge. Brass accents as seen in the sconces and end table evoke a sense of sophistication.

The result is a new standard in resilient flooring. Modin offers true embossed in register texture, a low sheen level, a rigid SPC core, an industry-leading wear layer, and so much more.

The design intent for the elevated primary bedroom was to complement the home’s original Japanese architectural details—shoji screens, exposed beams, and warm layered wood. A low-profile bed, vintage nightstands, and textiles were chosen to echo the space’s quiet elegance and wabi-sabi sensibility, creating a restful and grounded retreat.

For this primary bedroom redesign, the client envisioned a retreat that would provide a sense of escape and tranquility. The room was designed with a moody atmosphere, blending deep, rich colors that envelop the space in a cocoon of comfort. Color drenching was used on the walls, creating a seamless flow of hues that added depth and warmth. A stunning mural wallpaper became a focal point, its intricate design bringing an artistic, yet serene element to the room. To elevate the ambiance, a statement light fixture was carefully selected, adding a touch of luxury and drawing attention upward. Every element was thoughtfully curated to transform the space into a peaceful sanctuary, offering both beauty and relaxation in equal measure.
