We have worked with Dave and Nancy for many years on several areas of their home. I was surprised to learn that they wanted to put a river in their yard. In the beginning I thought they just wanted a small stream. All I can say is WOW! We started by helping to preserve a kiwi tree that was producing fruit in Apex. I did not realize that kiwi would actually produce fruit in our area. Then we assisted in the design and construction of the bridge and pergola. We suggested using Rosewood Timbertech and the Timbertech railing system so this would be a low maintenance project for many years to come. It was truly a pleasure assisting the homeowners with this wonderful project. Dave and I were enjoyed the private garden tour we were given when the gardens officially opened
