This young family wanted a basement family room that exuded fun and comfort but with a masculine touch. With little natural light and young kids, brightness and utility were high on their priority list. Opposite the very comfy sofa is a custom designed media storage/wall unit that houses everything from toys to bookwork as their is also an office in this multi-purpose space.
