This was a very collaborative staging effort with the seller, Sally Mitchell of SJ4 Ventures LLC. We combined our staging items and planned all furniture selections together. The results were terrific. It sold right away. The dining table was the seller's and the remaining large furniture was rented. Side tables were mine along with accessories. The collaboration paid off with a very quick sale.
