This 1925 Craftsman Bungalow was restored per National Historic District Guidelines. The Bungalow is a commercial pilot project for St. John's Florida Water Star Program. The landscape and interior were designed to meet Water Star requirements with the exterior incorporating a Florida friendly, drought tolerant landscape and a low volume irrigation system.
