Pyramid Marble & Granite
This homeowner decided to go with Calcatta Laza in the kitchen with a FULL HEIGHT BACKSPLASH! This adds a "wow" statement as soon as you walk in the room. They also used the Laza on their buffet, powder rooms, wine bar, and fireplace hearth. The laundry room and pantry areas feature Cirrus quartz. This homeowner knew exactly how to match the top with their unique and stunning backsplash. Their attention to detail and elegance carries on into the master bath where they used Taj Mahal Quartzite with a mitered edge. Lastly, the upstairs full bath and coffee bar features statuary Classique quartz. We are so happy they let us be a part of this beautiful remodel. It turned out to be absolutely stunning. Come into Pyramid today to see how you can get this look in your home!

Granite Grannies
This stone is Super White. It's actually a close relative of granite, quartzite (a natural stone not to be confused with the man-made "quartz"). The homeowner wanted marble in their kitchen, but they wanted the no-hassle care and durability of granite. We searched the market and found this stone, which is actually harder than granite. The home look out on the water in Calvert County and sits on several hundred acres. The house is a new build, but the homeowners wanted a classic look that would complement the historic local setting. The edge profile on the stone is ogee.

This beautiful white kitchen is bright and timeless. The homeowners did an excellent job of creating an elegant yet casual atmosphere where they can cook and entertain. They were also very practical in their material selection. By choosing Compac Perlino (an engineered quartz stone) countertops, they were able to achieve the look of marble without the maintenance. This countertop is very easy to care for, and it will look brand new for years to come.

In the Kitchen they took away the 90’s green granite and installed a contrasting Quartzite Cielo Island and a quartz surround. They removed the pantry double doors and made it a single, and changed the backsplash from a green tile to a white and grey mosaic. Giving it a cleaner more modern aesthetic.

This kitchen blends two different finishes, materials, and colors together beautifully! The sheer contrast between both stones really highlights the island.
