Several adjustments were made to the kitchen's original footprint allowing for better flow, function and storage. The island orientation was rotated 90 degrees. Glass doors flank the kitchen window allowing more light to be reflected into the space. Relocating the entrance to basement stairs allowed for additional cabinets and countertop workspace.
