ProTEK PaintersThe homeowners of this Boston property required some light carpentry work to prepare for painting. Here, we replaced the old wood from below both of the window sills. We also replace wood and beading below the windows. Then we installed new particle boards. You can see where we made the initial rough cut where the space for the power outlets.

This gives it that old-style charm and compliments the classical type of window frame and sill. All the wood will get new paint, and the room will gain a new fresh look.
ProTEK PaintersFor this home repair job, our carpenters replaced an old and damaged door jamb. Apart from being aesthetically pleasing, this refit has a practical purpose. Damaged door jambs can prevent the door from closing properly or staying shut. When this happens, a room can quickly lose heat, as more drafts find their way through than normal. We will paint this jamb soon, and it’ll blend right in.
