A large master bathroom remodeled to fit our clients' needs. For this renovation, we replaced the large jacuzzi tub with a second vanity, exchanged the floor-to-ceiling shower doors with lower Starfire glass (which also prevents excess steam), a new shower bench and niche, as well as a new entryway to the walk-in closet. This new and improved master bath was then adorned with large dark grey floor tiles, dark grey painted walls and vanities, rich blonde maple doors, and artisanal pendant lights with sleek Edison bulbs. We wanted to provide the best layout and design for future tenants, so we created a 3 bedroom home with an open kitchen and living room area. One bedroom includes a large ensuite bath, and all rooms boast large and convenient closet space. An unconventional and artsy bathroom we recently designed, with the intention of bringing out our client's unique personality while optimizing functionality. This is a very small bathroom, so we decided a sleek floating vanity with pull-out drawers would work best. Additional shelving and towel racks were added above the toilet, offering above the head storage that wouldn't make the space appear or feel smaller. Artistic custom European tiling and light fixtures give this bathroom the unique look we were going for - offering edgy graphics and intriguing "eyeball" style lighting. From top to bottom, this magnificent master bathroom was designed with great deal and luxury. As part of a historically significant California home, we made sure to create a look that was as stunning and significant as the rest of the home. The patterned floor tiling and ceiling mural add just the right amount of ornate detail, and working with the soft gold color palette to create a feeling of luxury and warmth.

After living in their home for 15 years, our clients decided it was time to renovate and decorate. The completely redone residence features many marvelous features: a kitchen with two islands four decks with elegant railings, a music studio, a workout room with a view, three bedrooms, three lovely full baths and two half, a home office – all driven by a digitally connected Smart Home. The style moves from whimsical to "girlie", from traditional to eclectic. Throughout we have incorporated the finest fittings, fixtures, hardware and finishes. Lighting is comprehensive and elegantly folded into the ceiling. An Italian limestone tile, called “Raw”, with an interesting rugged hewn face provides the backdrop for a room where simplicity reigns. The pure geometries expressed in the perforated doors, the mirror, and the vanity play against the baroque plan of the room, the hanging organic sculptures and the bent wood planters.
