I signed up for One on One coaching with Alison last year to help streamline and grow our business. I enjoyed my coaching sessions with Alison immensely, they helped me professionally and personally. She was very knowledgeable and I was able to merge her process with our processes and create a better way of doing things. The Houzz Pro integration was key and she helped lead me through all the quirks of the software. I would highly recommend the coaching to any newer Interior Designers struggling to create their own processes.

Al's Sporting Goods

I have worked with Ali from the perspective of a retailer in the past and have been blown away every time! Ali is fantastic at creating a visually compelling display no matter the circumstances regarding inventory levels. She does a great job at tying multiple categories together seamlessly and creating a cohesive display on our sales floor. Even more impressive is the time she spends with our staff teaching and training them. I have worked with many merchandisers, and not everybody is good enough at their job that they can turn around and teach others how to do it. It takes a deep level of understanding of one’s craft, and a personality to match, and I’ve been fortunate to have her visit our stores with these skills! I would hire her in a heartbeat to come work for me directly, no hesitations.

I hired Alison as my designer for my whole house (1930's bungalow) remodel that involved totally rebuilding two bathrooms and a living space and changing out all doors, trim, lighting, and hardware in all other rooms. Alison was incredibly patient and responsive with me, and the contractors appreciated her presence and professionalism. She exercised tenacity and creativity when sourcing materials that celebrated the history of the home.
