These guys have been maintaining our pool for years and do an excellent job. They rotate the crews to insure the service isn’t done in a mindless fashion. Built in checks and balances keep everyone honest. Always take care of the regular stuff and available to problem solve when other issues present. Highly recommend.

John and his team provide weekly service and other maintenance services for our pool. In addition to the regular service, they have converted us to salt water, replaced a pump and several lights. I can always reach them with questions or issues, and they are very quick to respond. They are also proactive if they see something that needs attention during thier weekly vivits

John at Allison Pools has been a lifesaver for us! We just moved in to a house with a pool & never owned a pool before. Our Warranty company sent Allison Pools out for a problem we had with our plumbing. We weren’t happy with our warranty company, but we have continued to use John because of his honesty, reliability & his knowledge. John goes above & beyond to make sure we are knowledgeable with our pool systems & maintenance & I don’t ever feel like he is trying to “push” us into any overpriced or unnecessary repairs. He even makes himself available for any questions we may have even if we don’t have an active service call or repair in progress. John & Allison Pools has our business for any future work & upgrades we do with our pool.

I have used Alison Pools for pool services on three separate occasions. Each time, they handled the services in a professional economical manner. They helped me troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly with minamal, if any, cost and helped me obtain a replacement pump under warranty. I appreciate Alison Pools professional manner and customer service.

We had Allison Pools over for a service call. They came when they said they would, quickly deduced what the problem was and gave us a reasonable quote for work. It wasn't a complicated issue so it was something they could take care of right then and there, so they did. Have not had any issues since. Everyone we dealt with over the phone and in person were all professional and courteous. Would def do business with them again!

Contacted these folks on a Monday and had a call back that afternoon to tell me that they would be with me the next morning. Tuesday morning rolls around and I get a call from technician advising that they had just arrived at the call before me and will be with me by 10:00am - at 9:15am they were at my door. I cannot remember the last time I received service like this! When they arrived they took the time to listen to my problem and then went through the various scenarios on how best to resolve it. This company will be my first call next time - no doubts!!

Excellent service. I've used these guys a few times and they are very consistent and professional. Give them a shot!

Poor customer service. Overcharge for chemicals, add charges that are not authorized. Charges for services in advance. Me Martinez is unreasonable to deal with. Stay away worst experience I have had with any company.

I have used Alison Pools several times over the past few years. They are one of the larger pool companies in the area, and as I was new to Metro Atlanta, didn’t know one from the other. They were originally recommended through AHS. They seemed reputable. A bit on the high side for price, but I was willing to pay more for quality repair work after the warranty was up.. I recently had an issue with a brand new pump (that Alison had installed only two years ago) motor going bad. It took 5 days and 4 phone calls to get someone to even come out to my house to take a look. Alison required up-front payment of $105 just to have someone come out to diagnose the problem (I don’t recall having to do this previously). The technician was at my house for all of about 10 minutes and didn’t speak with my wife, who was home at the time. I never received any type of report or follow-up phone call about the diagnosis. 3 days later, I was asked to pay another up-front deposit just to get in the queue for scheduling the repair. I could pay in-full upfront for “priority scheduling”. Again, no real detail on the “diagnosis”. It cost me $105 for them to tell me “the pump’s bad” and I’d have to wait another week for out-of-stock parts (unless I wanted to pay even more for a full replacement) and get in the queue. I emailed them with questions about the repair and expressing my concern with the level of service, the length of time it was taking and with the overall cost to repair. I immediately received a call from someone at Alison who proceeded to spend 20 minutes berating me, questioning my intelligence and integrity and overall being extremely rude and condescending. When I questioned the cost of the parts and that they were less through other sources, he hung up on me. Not sure what’s happened at Alison. Apparently they are so busy that they really don’t need any extra work. My suggestion is to look to some of the other better reviewed contractors for your pool work.. Alison's cost of parts is about 25%-40% higher than you can find elsewhere. Their upfront fees, taxes, shipping and labor costs can easily add another 50% on to the cost of repair. I’ll happily find someone else to take my business to in the future.
