YOUR RESIDENTIAL WINDOW & DOOR DESTINATION The AOA Design Center is a retail storefront building that acts as West Michigan’s premier residential window & door showroom. But it is much more than that. Not only will this building act as a great resource for homeowners to view window and door products, it will also be an advantageous resource for builders, designers, architects and other trade professionals. The new state-of-the-art Design Center features a large variety of different models, sizes, styles, and finishes of the trusted window and door companies we offer. Those lines include Marvin Windows and Doors, Integrity Windows and Doors, Infinity Windows and Doors, Therma-Tru Doors, Trustile Interior Doors as well as our newly added product line, Windsor Windows & Doors. Guests can walk through our Design Center, feel, touch, and experience a wide variety of window and door options. Our knowledgeable sales staff is here to help educate homeowners on our product offerings, while also demonstrating the many features of each window and door manufacturer. WITH GROWTH COMES CHANGE Architectural Openings & Access has been in business for more than 15 years, operating out of our facility at 2050 Turner Ave NE in Grand Rapids. Our company’s commercial division offers hollow metal frames, doors and hardware; the residential division offers window and door products. As both divisions have continued to grow, our space in the building on Turner Ave has not. To embrace this growth, and encourage future growth, a restructuring of the company was necessary. In restructuring the company, we decided that it was time to split the commercial from the residential portion of our business. In doing so, Architectural Openings & Access moved our residential operations to a new home — the AOA Design Center. Located at 5716 West River Dr. NE, Belmont, MI 49306. OUR APPROACH Architectural Openings & Access has always maintained a consultative approach to residential window and door sales. The goal of our sales consultants is to educate homeowners on products available to them. Our team walks homeowners through the entire process to help them make a decision based on their preferences and the specific needs of their home. This consultative approach is an example of our continued effort of providing superior customer service to those we serve.
