Extra charges added for “packing supplies” on day of move? $238 for plastic wrap that should have been included in an estimate..,,Ridiculous. Also, very rushed and not accommodating. Just dropped my stuff and ran. Did not re-assemble my book shelves that they disassembled even though it was in estimate. They were also very late and had another job scheduled after mine hence the rushing. My $535 job estimate ballooned Wsh beyond allotted budget. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Why I didn't look here before I booked these people. They estimated $534 with 5 hours +1 hour travel. They KNEW I was moving 3 mattresses but never mentioned it would cost $28 PER mattress to move. So here I am on the day of the move when the guy in charge of the move is explaining all these "additional charges" I had no choice I couldn't change my move at this point. Before it was all over they charged me DOUBLE $981!!! I was floored at all the cost they added in. The guys who moved were not that great either- I had to keep going down to the truck as they were joking laughing all the time looking at their phones, etc. The guy at the end had the nerve to ask if I was going to tip them. Since it cost double and they guys could have reduced time by at least an hour by staying focused on the job, I think they got their tip! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
