We are still waiting on our sofa. We've been given four different time frames for when the sofa will be ready. We were told middle of October, then end of November, then beginning of December. We called and messaged and they told us finally that it was going to be coming the middle of November. It is middle of November now and we called to check on it. Now they are back to saying beginning of December. We ordered at the END OF JULY. We will have waited 20 weeks for our furniture. This is a baffling lead time. I'd like a clear explanation of the reason it is late. We've been given the vague answer: it's 'backordered'. I'm sorry, but how do you operate as a company like this? Both my boyfriend and I are designers and lead times are things we deal with on a daily basis. I can say with certainty that this will keep me from commercially specifying your product in future projects. No client would wait patiently for a sofa for 5 months.
