Alder cabinets with big drawers for easy access; an office perch for the lady of the house with tower to house papers, including hanging file drawer; dramatic black quartz countertops; efficient recessed lighting; touch faucet that saves water in drought ridden California; small horizontal tile backsplash ending with irregular edges that everyone loves; pantry/dining cabinet with lighting and a built in wine rack; floating cork floor that saves our backs and cleans very well.
Bathroom was next with ceramic tile floor; dramatic shower after removing bathtub with highlighted colored tile panel and recess within ceramic tiles; floater shelves; dimmable LED lights; beautiful sink/cabinet/mirror; energy efficient fixtures.
