This includes general labor and demolition, framing, finish carpentry, project supervision and project management. Commented: Island countertop material Thanks for the compliment! This is actually a Mahogany Wood Island top, rather than a butcher block. It has been stained and finished using a Catalyzed Urethane to preserve its original condition.

Commented: What color white did you use in the trim work? Benjamin Moore White Dove was used for the trim color within this home. It was a perfect compliment to the wall finish. Good luck!

Commented: what is flooring? Brand and color? So pretty!! Thanks for the compliment! This is actually a custom floor finish, so unfortunately there isn't a product that I can steer you toward. It is however a 7" White Oak plank that we field finished......
