We’ve always taken pride in keeping our house very clean and decorating tastefully and simply. When we recently sold our house in Bedford NH in a somewhat upscale neighborhood we knew we needed to appeal to both families looking for spacious clean comfort as well as buyers seeking a showplace for entertaining. When it came time to sell we knew we could benefit from some professional help. We cannot thank Deb enough for coming in and helping us accentuate both of those goals simultaneously. She guided us on things to remove from site, helped rearrange our existing belongings to create warm inviting spaces and even added a few of her own touches (at a very reasonable price) to help potential buyers more easily see themselves in the home. Our house was on the market for less than a day and we had several competing buyers and sold for more than our original asking price. What a great experience. Of course there are no guarantees but I would recommend anyone considering both staging a home for sale or just seeking interior design ideas to reach to Deb. She has a great eye and is very respectful of what you are looking to accomplish. I will not hesitate to use Deb’s Décor again and will certainly recommend her services to others seeking professional staging or interior designer/decorator.

I hired Deb's Decor for staging of a new listing I had. She was very professional throughout the whole process. Deb was very thorough while going through the house offering suggestions. My clients were blown away with house great their house looked after the staging. We were able to have the house under contract at full asking price within 2 days of it hitting the market. Deb was instrumental in my home photographing & showing as if it were out of the pages of a magazine! She also was most helpful with doing things on my timeline and presented a professional yet calming demeanor. Deb did a great job restaging our home when we switched realtors after 4 months on the market. She was quick and expert in moving our furnishings and decorations around and only bringing in what she needed to make the place look great. Home sold in about 10 days after her make over!
