He did not come 2 out of 4 days when he was supposed to, and did not call us to let us know he was not coming. The lighting dimming feature does not work. He said he would look into it with the lighting company and find out what the problem was. That was 17 days ago, after we paid him in full. He was very aware of the problem, as he was standing there testing it. He will not call or return the many times we have tried to have him get back to us. Very unprofessional. We will now have to hire someone else and pay again to fix what he won't.
