Unimpressed with the customer service. Had a schedule made for pick up of.materials and, even extended it a couple of days. Showed up for pick up and they hadn't even started the work. I was told I should have called in which I replied, you should have called me to tell me there were delays. I did finally call back a week later as I hadn't heard from them. If I hadn't instigated the communication, it would not have been touched. Always remember Steven, you are providing services for PAYING clients, the customers should not have to make several calls to get things started.

If you want to deal with used car salesman that are dishonest and unethical. Come on down! I was deliberately sold product that had a questionable fit. I agreed to purchase with the understanding if it didn't fit, we would exchange for the correct fit. When I advised Steven, the owner of this. He asked me if the product could be modified to fit. When my contract advised no, Steven ghosted me. That was until I filed with the Attorney General. Then he called me rube and angry to which I disconnected the call. Expect problems from these guys and don't be surprised when you order is incorrect or incomplete like mine was.

I hired Evergreen to install new kitchen cabinets, one single vanity, one double vanity, all with quartz countertops. They were helpful in designing the kitchen layout and came out to measure before the final step of ordering. They were extremely professional, polite and reliable. The cabinets and countertops look great. Due to unforeseen circumstance with my general contractor, I had to delay the project after I had already ordered the cabinets. Evergreen was very patient when I had to reschedule several times. I would not hesitate to call upon them for my next project. I had a great experience with their entire team. It's not easy to find a good construction professional. I'm glad I found these folks.
