Express Home Renovations completed a large scale renovation project on our home, which included: 1. Master en-suite bathroom - complete renovation - tiling, drywall repair, lighting, plumbing 2. Fireplace installation - mantle and ledge stone fireplace surround 3. Basement bathroom - bath and vanity installation, and shower stall tiling 4. Repair and sealing of deck 5. Installation of new front door and patio doors 6. Various other smaller projects throughout the house This is not the first project that we hired Express Home Renovations to complete. We have always found them to be professional and friendly. The quality of the workmanship has been excellent and they always clean up after themselves. They also provide very useful input on various aspects of the project to enhance the aesthetic, improve the functionality or even improve the costs effectiveness.

We have hired Express Home Renovations for many projects over the past 10 years. patios, bathrooms, out buildings/art studio and storage bldg, kitchen complete reno, all floors, new windows in Master bedrm, complete reno of Master bath; gates and trellis - and more (new doors and wall at cabin too) We rely on them to give ideas, refer us to suppliers products, bring in subcontractors as needed so that everything is managed for us. They walk us through each project with estimates and more. We only refer Express Home Renovations. The staff have integrity and we are more than comfortable with them in our home when we are not here.

We have hired Mike Green's company to do several projects for us. The two largest projects were a total renovation of our master bathroom and a partial renovation of our kitchen. We had several companies look at the jobs. We chose Mike to do the bathroom because he had a vision of how to enlarge the existing shower and build the vanity that allowed the remining space to be used in a practical and pleasing manner. Mike also ensured that his vision and plan were the most economical. One of his professional traits is he does not push for changes that are not necessary. The people who did the work were professional, polite, smart, efficient, timely and conscientious. The entire job was neatly done from the beginning of each day to through the end of each day. Mike visited the house almost daily to check on things. The result was beautiful, on time and within the budget. The renovation of the kitchen included all new kitchen surfaces and tiling. The island containing the oven and stove, cabinets and drawers. We had to have all of these things shifted slightly because their original placement prevented the refrigerator door from opening completely. As with the work done in our bathroom, the kitchen turned out beautifully and the work was done in the same manner as the bathroom. Through the years, Mike has done smaller projects for us. Our experience with him has always been the same. About a month ago, he came out with his staff and repaired a water leak and the damage it caused. Once again, we were very happy with the result. We have total trust in Mike's work and would recommend him for jobs, large and small.

We have used Mike and his crew, for thee major renovations on two houses and a number of smaller fix up projects. The last project was a complete bathroom and closet make over. Mike worked with us to develop the plans with a fine eye to detail and keeping in tune to our taste. Our pricing was always clear and transparent Their in house cabinet capability is a big bonus. We appreciated the on going communication with his crew as the project went on. The team was always considerate, reliable and respectful, the site was kept clean and the project finished in a timely manner. Can't ask for anything more.

I've been a client of Express Home Renovations since 2007. Projects have varied from bathroom renos, tiling and hardwood flooring, paving stones and rockwork along with interior room updates. Mike Green and his team are professionals and knowledgeable in many aspects of construction and renovation work. His crew are courteous, show up on time and leaves at the end of the day with a clean and tidy work environment. Mike and his crew are always willing to make the changes and tweeks that I tend to request along the way with a review of budget considerations to ensure that we are both aware of any revisions that may be required throughout the project. I highly recommend Mike and his team as I've been pleased with the finished projects and budgets are always met.

NIGHTMARE OF A RENO. Engaged to reno an 1100 sq ft condo, including new flooring, opening up kitchen/living area, kitchen reno. After flooring installed, noticed chips throughout, excessive creeking, and many areas that were not level. Project was going into week 7, based on a 4-5 week schedule (+1 for small fixes). Escalated multiple times, but after weeks of little activity, indicated to them no further payment would be made until flooring fixed. Next day they walked off the job and had the gall to send an additional invoice, leaving us to find contractors to clean up their mess. Kitchen cabinets that were paid for never delivered, kitchen completely torn up, several pieces of furniture damaged, dishwasher tipped forward when door opened...and more. Instead of qualified flooring and tile installers, used general labourers. Under no circumstances could we recommend this company - a complete lack of professionalism.

This is the second time we've worked with Express Home Renovations, but this time the project was much bigger (for us, at least). Mike and his team did not disappoint. The first day was demo day in the master bathroom. When I arrived home from work, other than the fact that we no longer had a bathroom, which was the intended result, we could barely tell they had even been there. The place was clean, the equipment that was left for the next day was tidy and out of the way, and there was little or no dust in our bedroom. We later discovered they have a very thorough set up and clean up process that involves tarps laid wherever they will be walking, plastic sheets to cover other areas that could get dusty and they even vacuum at the end of each day! I would suggest that Express Home Repairs is all about doing a professional job while also keeping your living space as clean and livable as possible. The entire team is friendly, helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with.
