I had a broken water line near the water meter. I called Mr. Rooter and they were very prompt to respond. The service man that came out acted and dressed very professional. He told me ahead of time approximately what the cost would be and the length of time it would take to fix the problem. He also gave me the scenario of possible problems. He was able to fix the problem in a timely manner and explained to me what he had done. I was very impressed with the company and its employees!
