Picking a contractor for your project is no easy task! When I started my project I called multiple contractors as well as Bill Steuck from JW Building. I remember hardly being able to schedule an appointment with other contractors but one night Bill and his wife Janet came to my home, sat down with my wife and I at the kitchen table and discussed our very "personal" project. Personal because we were building an in-law suite for my father to come live with us. Immediately I could see that Bill was "invested' in our goal of building our addition! Not only for him and his business but for our needs. Bills extreme attention to detail and his professionalism radiates when he discusses ideas for your project. He gets so excited he tends to go on and on, which gets you excited! After our first meeting I knew Bill was the guy for us, yet I had no idea just how above and beyond he would go! Every step of the way Bill keeps you updated in both design and finance. He goes out of his way to save money for you any chance he can get! If you worry about a contractor not being on the job after you sign with him, that's not Bill. He was on our property almost daily even with his company involved in multiple projects hours away. I literally can not say enough about Bill Steuck and JW Building! He IS the contractor you want! Bill is no longer our contractor at our home, he has become family to us! Isn't that the contractor you want?

This was a challenging job, requiring a remodel of a 1930s house, and building an addition to it. JW Building was up to the challenge. The builder, Bill Steuk, was fantastic to work with. Very professional, knowlegeable, honest and even, fun! He was frequently at the project, overseeing the work of the subcontractors and meeting with us. We had a fixed cost contract, and he diligently kept track of the budget and expenses. The subcontractors he used were equally as professional and knowledgeable. The quality of work was outstanding and like Bill, they were very easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JW Building Services to any one who is looking to build and/or remodel a home.

My wife, Cindy, and I had the pleasure of buying a home from Bill and Janet at JW Building Group Services. The house they built was truly our dream home. It was spectacular in every sense from the lot, to the view, to the quality of craftsmanship. Everyday we loved coming home to this house and enjoying all the amenities JW had provided. This also led to a long term relationship with Bill and Janet as they continued to support us in the house on anything we needed going forward. I highly recommend JW to anyone looking for a world class home of highest quality.

The attention to detail and quality of work was exceptional. JW Building Group Services LLC communicated all aspects of the project and keep the remodel on schedule. The open concept remodel included a beautiful new kitchen and informal dining area; custom built shelves and a new granite faced fireplace; a magnificent custom bathroom and multipurpose study/bedroom. We are thrilled with the end result.

I have used JW Building Group 2 times now. Once to build a $1,000,000+ custom home in 2006 and again in 2015 to do a remodel on the home that I now live in. There are many reasons I work with them and will continue to work with them. 1. Accurate Estimates - They do not low-ball the job to get your business. Their estimates come from the real world projects they have recently done work on. 2. Quality - JWBG does the work themselves if they can and if not they have high quality subcontractors that are competitively priced. 3. Budget - The above 2 items are what I expect from anyone I work with, but staying on budget is a rarity in this business. The main reason I refer JWBG is that they will watch your money as though it were theirs. There are a lot of companies in the construction and remodeling business and JWBG is one you can trust.

Highly recommended and Four Stars because there is nothing perfect in the construction world. More importantly, FIVE STARS to Bill Steuck and his subcontractors for always being responsible. I'm a design and construction professional with a long history in the commercial building business and now a retired architect and contractor. In 2002, I chose Bill to provide his residential building expertise during the design phase of our home (invaluable) and manage the construction so I could focus on being the client. His attention to detail and problem solving skills are on display in our completed home. To best understand his involvement in our project was the he was building "his home" and this is the level of personal attention you want from your home builder. The result was a fine custom home, with well executed details that was complete "on time and within our budget". We used Bill again to complete unfinished spaces in the home a number of years later. Bill continues to check in with us to insure all is well in our home. He's always welcome here! Home construction began October 2002 and completion June 2003.
