I'm a custom builder and have worked with Jeremy on a few projects. Jeremy has an eye for designing spaces and a great way of moving things forward. His mastery over his craft shows in how he guides the clients through the process, cooperates with the building departments, and gives the contractor "buildable" details. One of our clients had another designer on their project and it was not moving at all. We then recommended JBP to them. Once he took over, the project moved forward effortlessly. In 2019 Jeremy designed our kitchen which involved extensive structural work. He worked with the contractor and structural engineers throughout the process, which included some surprises since the house was over 100 years old. He was responsive, clear and easy to work with. We couldn't be more delighted with our kitchen!

JBP Architects handled residential project for my family in the Santa Lucia Preserve that has just come to a close. Jeremy, the lead architect was professional, responsive and detail oriented. I worked with JBP Architects to remodel and re-layout my home, which required a foundation repair and upgrade. As part of this process, I had to move stairs, re layout the kitchen, redo the bathrooms and think about many of the implications of this process. JBP is wonderful to work with because they have construction background and experience, which means that they are realistic about what can be achieved given the time, space, budget and goals of the project. However, they can pair this experience with an understanding of flow, layout and livability - making sure that whatever you put together is truly additive to your home and living experience.
