About Us

We are a family owned and operated HVAC/R contractor since 1967. Founded and located in Clarkston Michigan. Founded by John J. DiPietro (father) in 1967 to serve commercial refrigeration, residential & commercial heating and air conditioning customers with John C. DiPietro (son) joining the company in 1976 to serve more of the residential market for heating and cooling and to install whole house generators and finally Greg DiPietro (son) joining the company in 1980 to serve more of the commercial heating and cooling markets.

Services Provided

Sales, service and installation of residential and commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, IAQ, whole house generators and commercial refrigeration systems.

Areas Served

All of Oakland County and part of Genesee, Lapeer, Macomb and Wayne Counties.

Installed new furnace and ruined my humidifier. Promised a rebate thru Consumers energy. I still have not received $250 rebate. It has been 7 months. Greg will not take my calls. Took my money. Also promised two year parts and labor. What good is that?

J &J Refrigeration Co. has done more than one job in my home. A new replacement furnace and added air conditioning to my home. They also moved to a new spot as the water tank was almost in front of the window and replaced the water heater on a different occasion. The older home i purchased i discovered did not have current gas lines - when i purchased a new gas dryer and needed the gas lines and replaced with the correct pipes and shut-offs. i would highly recommend them.
