We hired Jones Carpentry to do a complete kitchen gut and remodel plus the addition of an en-suite bathroom in our 1930’s Park Hill Tutor. This was our first remodel and throughout the entire process David was fantastic to work with. To say we were rookies, was an understatement. David coached us through the entire process and showed great patience as we were often overwhelmed and indecisive. For us, communication was critical and David was always responsive by either calling, emailing, texting, or meeting us onsite to discuss next steps throughout the entire project. I would also consider us fairly particular and we quickly realized that David’s attention detail allowed us to trust his judgement which took a lot of the stress off our shoulders. We look forward to working David and Jones Carpentry on our future projects….we have a long list!

David Jones and his crew completed a major renovation on our nearly 100-year-old house, and we were thoroughly pleased with the process and the results. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy along the way, and was alway responsive to our calls and questions. I'd use Jones Carpentry with another large or small reno.

David Jones is reliable, patient, demonstrates integrity, and produces great quality finished work. He takes responsibility for outcomes and ensures that things are done correctly. As an interior designer, I appreciate his attention to detail, the fact that he is open to new ideas and his positive attitude.

From the very first project I worked on with Dave, I knew he was a keeper! I've worked with so many contractors over the years and there are very few that match the quality and integrity with which Dave approaches every job. I know that if he is my contractor on a project so many of my worries are put to rest. He's an excellent communicator (SO IMPORTANT), honest, and committed to his craft. For some reason, some contractors have a hard time working with a designer, that is definitely not the case with Dave...if I could have him as my contractor on every project of mine, I would!

I am a kitchen designer that has had the opportunity to work with many different contractors over the years. Dave is one of the best there are. He not only has great standards of workmanship but he also has integrity. Our company has been recommending Dave for nearly 20 years and he will continue to be one of our go to contractors. All of our clients have been so pleased with his professionalism and quality of work. He is always meticulous with his schedule and right on budget. Dave and his team were fantastic to work with. They stayed on budget and completed on time, and added enormous value to a very complex two story extension to our 130 year old home. We have worked with several high-end contractors over the years, and we found his team's attention to detail and personal commitment to the project second to none. We have recommended Dave to family and friends and plan on using his services again on some upcoming projects.

It took us a while to find the right contractor for our kitchen remodel (which also included updating 3 bathrooms and 1000 sq ft of oak flooring and all new custom baseboards), but when we found David Jones we knew we had our guy. His first suggestion was using Habitat to “deconstruct” the existing kitchen for resale which was perfect for us. Out and gone in one morning. He also had to carefully navigate the thousands of hours my wife and I had spent agonizing over the design and cabinets and counter top materials. Which he did artfully. His team of carpenters and all of the subs were awesome to work with and executed their parts perfectly. We are very happy with the space and how functional everything is for us. Happy to recommend David and his team to anyone looking for a pro.

I was fortunate to be introduced to Jones Carpentry by a neighbor whose renovation I had observed unfolding, and admired. My projects have been smaller, but requiring great detail and patients and superb workmanship; great sourcing of materials and creative solutions; punctual and wonderful daily clean up of the job site.. JC presented a detailed proposal in writing, and stuck to it. I have projects in mind through next year as a result and will wait until they have time for me. Wouldn't consider using anyone else.
