AWESOME A/C Repair!!! Could not get the AC to cycle off once outside temps hit above 90 Tech looked at everything and determined it was the flow valve Came back a week later and replaced Hit Over 90 yesterday ( El Cajon) and AC cycled on AND OFF YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Thanks Again!! Rob & Robbin Adams

I have waited over a week to write this review because I wanted to make sure I had enough time to adequately review Bill Howe Plumbing. This was hands down the best experience from start to finish I have ever had with a plumber. I can only imagine how difficult their job can be at times trying to manage projects out in the field, schedule and complete appointments, and keep every customer happy. This company does it right. When I called for a repair it was after hours but the woman who answered the phone was warm, I could hear her smile through the phone. She politely took all of my information and asked me a few questions about the issue. The next morning I was on the phone again with a different pleasant woman working with me to schedule the best time for our family for one of their technicians to come out. The technician was fantastic. Not only did he fix the drain but he explained why it happened, how we could prevent it in the future, but he left the shower spotless. This was a first for us we've had plumbers in the past who make a mess and do not bother to clean it up. They also offer a 30-day warranty so if your problem persists after service you simply call back and they will send someone out as soon as possible. Overall I have found y plumber for life. Thank you, Bill Howe, for creating a wonderful company with people who treat you kindly no matter the size of the project. We will utilize this company for all our plumbing needs now and in the future.
