The scope of our project included remodeling of the kitchen, living and dinning rooms. The kitchen was moved to where the former dinning area was, the dinning room where the kitchen was. We replaced all of the cabnets, appliances and lighting in the kitched. The flooring in the kitchen and dinning areas became a beautiful travertine path while the living room had old boards layed out. The ceilings in the living and dinning room went from low plaste to beautiful tray designs ceilings. Mr Benecke designed window trim and floor and ceiling moldings that gave the rooms a very eligent feeling. and selected wonderfultypes of lime stone to cover the fireplace giving the living room a modern look. Mr Benecke worked well with our contractor and subs. He offered numerous suggestions that brought about details that we still get raves about. His knowledge of materials and sources is outstanding

John designed our living room, dining room, kitchen and entry. We had a flat ceiling in the living room and too expensive to change to a vaulted ceiling, so he designed a tray ceiling giving the illusion of height. The fireplace was designed with French limestone, the floor is old boards oak. The dining room and living room received beautiful bay windows and the detail on all ceilings is amazing. The kitchen has beautiful blue wave granite and dark cabinets. The entire affect is stunning!
