We hired Kellie for the drapes in our living room and dining room. We spent close to $8000 with her and we loved what she did in our living room, however our dining room was not the same. It is clear that she measured wrong and we have too much length of the drapes ( especially when we compare it to the living room). There is an overhang of several feet that causes there to be constant wrinkles to be noted on the drapes. At the time of install she reassured us the wrinkles would go away with time, they did not. We had a trajedy in our family and contacted her about 4 months after the install regarding our concerns. We sent texts, emails, phone calls but she just ignored us. The frustrating thing is she has the audacity to reach out to my brother (who we had given her contact information initially as a referral) during the same time we are trying to reach her. We expect some level of customer support/service when we go with a professional, and unfortunately we did not get this with Kellie.

Kellie a pleasure to work with. Completing drapery install throughout home in phases. She patient, an excellent communicator, thoughtful, responsive & works to ensure complete satisfaction. Highly recommend! BBR
