Kenny’s Tile is able to work on a wide range of projects in reasonable time frames. The work is consistent and always quality. I enjoy working with Kenny’s Tile because I know the work will be high-end and memorable.

We’ve used Kenny’s Tile for an extensive renovation in our previous home and for many areas (Tile and counter surfaces)in our new home. Without exception we’ve experienced prompt responses to any questions or other service we’ve needed, enjoyed the extensive selection of products in their showroom, received courteous and knowledgeable assistance when needed and excellent service in follow up appts or work in our home. They have a great team of dedicated employees who go above and beyond to deliver prompt, exceptional service. We can highly recommend Kenny’s Tile for any tile, stone or granite purchases and installations in a remodel or new home build!

Steer clear of this company!!! We signed a contract to have them tile our laundry room and half bath as part of a remodeling project. They removed the old linoleum and installed the subfloor and half of the tile and then left. They took all remaining tile with them and left all the torn out linoleum in our yard. We repeatedly tried to contact them via phone, email, and text but they refused to respond. After two weeks of trying to contact them, we were fed up needing to go to the laundry mat to do our laundry. We finally had to purchase the remaining tile to finish the project and had another company finish the job. Still, to this day we have not gotten a reason why they decided to pull all the materials and workers off our job and breach their own contract. It’s impossible to resolve anything if one side refuses to communicate. Unfortunately, we will now have to go to court.

Horrible experience. We used Kenny's Tile for five baths, the kitchen backsplash and a laundry room in the construction of our new home. Obstructionist selection process by withholding pricing until months after the selection. Ignored repeated emails and phone calls. Incorrect measurement estimates and pricing. Work strung out over many weeks, resulting in construction delays. Different installer every week who complained about poor quality of the prior installer. Poor workmanship with crooked, mis-cut tiles, sloppy grout, and amateurish finish. Washed out mortar buckets in new sod. Ignored layout instructions and had to rip out showers/tub surrounds in first two baths. Tiled shower to wrong height in other bath requiring us to locate and purchase additional tile. Used wrong grout color in next bath and attempted to correct by 'coloring' it by hand. Ripped this one out two months after move-in and parked trailer in drive, blocking access to garage and to front walk. Promised to provide trim pieces in last bath at no additional charge in order to dissuade us from purchasing externally; then did not install trim. Excuses in lieu of empathy or apologies. You can't go wrong by steering far away from this business.

This is our second time working with Kenny's when building a new home. We have been so pleased with the company AND our designer, Carrie Broome. We originally worked with Carrie in 2008 and were so pleased she was still at Kenny's when returning in 2016. Kind, patient, and impeccable design knowledge, she is always a pleasure to work with and makes our job easy. Thank you, Carrie, for helping us design a home we love!

Kenny’s Tile was great! We had a leak under our tub that we could not find since it is surrounded by tile work. They made it out quickly to take a look, then discovered they would have to pull the tub out to find a problem. He was able to get two people out to help him very quickly, found the leak and put the tub back in place without damaging any tile and all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Carrie Broome has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Building a new home can be very overwhelming and intimidating. Carrie not only made it stress free but also fun. She has a keen eye and great attention to detail. Carrie offers suggestions that we would of never thought of in a million years. She is skilled and very talented. Anyone that gets to work with Carrie should consider themselves lucky and will end up with a beautiful masterpiece in the end.

The past year we have been renovating our home going room by room. When it came to the flooring in our mudroom and half bath Carrie Broome helped us select the perfect tile and coordinating grout! She helped us find a tile that is our style and in our budget that not only looks amazing, but will withstand the heavy foot traffic of the space. Every person who comes to our home compliments the flooring, who knew a mudroom and half bath could have such appeal! Can't wait to work with Carrie again on our next project!

We worked with Carrie Broome at Kenny's Tile. We brought pictures of what we liked and she went straight to work making suggestions. Although she was there to help with granite, carpet, tile, sinks, she still took time to help with our request for wall colors (paint). We took her suggestions and are thrilled with the outcome. The showroom was a great sampling of choices which helped tremendously.

Carrie at Kenny's Tile was extremely thorough and helpful on our recent project. Picking out tile for 7 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces and flooring for several rooms was a bit overwhelming, but Carrie kept the process very organized and her design advice was perfect! Highly recommend Kenny's Tile!
