Dave was able to begin painting soon after he came to review the rooms and give us an estimate. Dave always reviewed the work he did the day before in the event it needed a second or third coat as we were covering dark walls with lighter colours. We were extremely happy with the results of Dave’s work and his ethics. We would highly recommend Dave.

We hired Dave to do all of the painting in our home before selling it. He did the ceilings, the walls, the doors and baseboards and everything looked great. Let's just say the place sold right away and the paint job had a lot to do with it. Dave is not like other painters. He actually is like a good friend. He's honest, caring, kind, respectful, and great person to have around. He's got excellent communication and you don't get that often from others. It's too bad there weren't more people like him around in the business. I'm just glad we got to have him to do our house painting as he did a phenomenal job. We have hired Dave three times and have always been happy with his work. Each time he gave us a written estimate. The first time was to paint the kids bedrooms. Next time was to paint the basement after a renovation. The third time was to paint the main floor. This time we made a change on the fly and Dave was great adjusting the estimate and getting the work done. Painting the walls made the doors look dirty, so we had them painted as well. Overall we are very happy with his work and highly recommend him to others.

I used LAND home painting services because my mom used Dave to paint her house prior to selling and was extremely happy with the experience. It's important to note that Dave is an absolute perfectionist. He will paint your house like he is painting his own.
