They don't stand behind their work or respond when there is a problem. We paid them to resod an area and the sod they used was dead. After waiting months for it to grow, it was clear that was never going to happen. I have tried to contact them via phone and email to come and replace it, but no response. Avoid them because you could end up paying for a dead lawn.

Do NOT USE!!! Received my weekly service invoice (which is auto drafted), but full services were NOT performed. I emailed the owner to let them know that my yard was NOT mowed. For some reason, they weed-eated and left without mowing. They came back to mow after the email. When they came back, they weed-eated around my pool which they have never done before because I ALWAYS spray RoundUp around my pool so that they do NOT have to get near it with a weed-eater. Ripped through the edging and ripped my pool. Knocked planters over, as well. When I emailed the owner to complain, they NEVER replied to the email NOR did they come back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I contacted A Clean Cut Lawn Care because my lawn was overgrown after two other lawn crews failed to show up. They quoted me at $70 for the small lawn at my duplex, but this was to be expected since it was so overgrown. Jeff was extremely helpful when I had trouble getting my account set up, and was always easy to get in contact with. Having online access makes it easy to set up service and pay, making A Clean Cut stand out among other crews. When they came out to do my lawn, though, they only weed-eated and also cut down my herb garden on my patio. The grass was extremely tall, uneven, and was not what I expected for $70. I was not happy with this, since my old lawn crew had done the same level of maintenance for $40. I contacted Jeff and he worked to make things right. He got the crew back out there ASAP, and got it to where I wanted. While originally I was unhappy with the service, Jeff worked hard to make things right. They have the best customer service out of any crew I have had, and that is what makes them really shine.

Quality lawn care service provider. Bottom line – Jeff and his team do a great job the first time at a competitive price. Anyone can mow a lawn but not everyone provides the level of customer service that Jeff and his team do. Communication is excellent. I can always get ahold of Jeff when I need to, primarily when I need extra work done. In the off chance he can’t be reached by phone then a text will quickly follow. I really feel valued as a customer. Invoices are emailed the day that work is performed and Jeff even provides a self-service portal where I can easily pay my bill and view all of my previous invoices. Jeff and his team do such a good job on my lawn that I have had them tear down and remove old flower beds, trim trees and bushes, weed flower beds, perform leaf removal in the fall and spring, and clean my gutters. They do exceptional work and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality lawn care company in Northwest Arkansas.
