They "supply to the trade"? Seriously? Who uses these people? Samples DO NOT match fabric ordered, sample cards do not include all the fabrics/colors available, lost orders, orders sent to wrong address. And on top of it all, the customer service is worse than non-existent. The run arounds I received were: the fabric was at our other warehouse, we had weather problems at the warehouse, I was out sick, I can't account for what the post office does after I send out your order, etc. Professionals and non-professionals alike... DO NOT use this company!

Their samples do not match their fabric and you will be stuck eating the cost. I ordered a sample and the day I received it I ordered the material. When it arrived I was shocked at how different it was. It was not a shade variation but instead of getting a bronze gold I got a grey taupe. I sent them photos because the difference could not have been the same fabric and they said it was. Also after I placed the order I got a phone call saying the silk no longer came in 54" width but now came in 48". Of corse the price was the same. Basically they stand behind nothing and I had to eat $600 worth of ugly grey taupe material! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

I placed a custom order and was sent the wrong measurements even though the correct measurements were printed on the invoice. I paid to have the items returned and they recut the order to the proper measurements but the sides were unravelling, even though I paid extra for the cutting and backing. My client would not accept their order. Then, I had to have new fabric overnighted to me to make our deadline and make the order from scratch. When I placed a call to the manager in May I was told I would get a return phone call and never did. So I called back again in July and was told the only thing they could do was offer me a 10% discount on my next order. I thought anyone in the design industry should know and be warned.
