Paid him 50k for an addition. Two years later still not complete. Wasn't here most of the time to supervise workers and often I had to explain what needed to be done, occasionally reversing incorrect work. Continually states that he will show up to complete the work on specific dates, but fails to do so.

I hired Mr. Procaccini to restore my 3rd floor damaged by water. I received 10K from my insurance company and because I trusted him and he is a local resident and contractor, I gave him the entire 10K as down payment and he was supposed to provide an estimate that I could turn into my insurance company for replacement coverage and to start the work. He kept promising an estimate, the next day, the next week, then it was the next month. After two months, he gave a "general" undetailed, unbroken down estimate that my insurance company rejected. I had given him a sample of what we needed on 10/3/2014 when I signed the $0.,000 (zero dollar) contract - dependent on my insurance company accepting his proposal. His proposal was so unprofessional, so bad, that my insurance company told me to find another contractor. I asked for my money back and he refused to return it. It is now 2/2/2015 and my home is still gutted, no walls, no insulation. He has ruined my life and the integrity of my home.
