Porcelain tile was installed and since then Mike has been out 3 times to repair grout lines. Last time he was out he showed me the tool I could go buy to repair it myself when and if it cracks again or he would charge me an additional $800 to replace tile to fix it. Recently, I have had 2 other tile companies out to give me an estimate on repairs and they will not repair it. The tile floor needs to be ripped out and replaced due to incorrect installation. Paid over $4000 for approximately 150 square feet of tile installation with wood subfloor to match existing tile. I furnished porcelain tile and don’t feel I should pay for any repairs due to subpar installation. Would not recommend this company, job was rushed and not done with any type of quality. Totally disappointed in lack of pride in workmanship.

Mike is great to work with. He is communicative and responsive by email, text, and call. He talks through the steps of the project and offers clear information in preparation for the project. While working, Mike is fastidious about keeping clean and tidy, especially when wrapping up work days. He offers constant updates about timeframe and tirelessly answers all questions. He's especially a good fit for first-time homeowners perhaps making a first attempt at renovations/updates.

I hired Mike to remodel my 1982 Master Bath. We discussed the scope of the work, items that I had to purchase and he suggested some retailers. He purchased all of the building materials which I reimbursed him for. He was easy to talk to about my design ideas and we mutually agreed to the final design. He had licensed contractors to do the plumbing and electrical (required by the building permit) and I was very happy with their work. He explained all of the details of the work being done and the timeline. He was also flexible in the hours that he worked to fit my schedule. I now have a Spa bathroom that enjoy everyday. I am very happy.
