So far dealing with Matt is the biggest positive in the sale of my house. He has been kind, considerate and caring throughout the process. As a senior, selling my house and moving to another province is it's own kind of nightmare. Matt has relieved so much pressure off me that I can never thank him enough.

I do not recommend working with this company. "I'll need a video of someone taking a shower" That was the line that confirmed our poorly renovated bathroom shower (in our newly purchased flipped home) which was leaking into and dripping off of the exposed wooden support beams below the bathroom, was not going to be fixed. We moved into this home that was renovated by this business and his crew in September, found out very quickly there were other small issues to be addressed and, most concerning to me, that our shower was leaking to the point of fully saturating the wooden support beams in the ceiling of the room below. It has been nine months, eight of which I've been pregnant, and it has devolved from inconsistent appearances to try remedying the issue to Matt promising if his solve in March didn't work he'd help pay for someone to come fix it ("I'm sorry, tried to keep getting [my guy] there, if you find someone else I'll pay") to insisting he take a shower in our home, and now asking for a video of us showering to prove to him there's still an issue. Not only is that incredibly unprofessional and creepy, but he is now refusing to repair it period because he doesn't believe it's the shower and must be from us improperly wiping ourselves off before exiting the shower. Frankly, after asking to receive a video of someone showering as somehow proof that would be more thorough than all of the photos and water running videos we've already sent to show where there have been leaks, I would not want this person or his company working on my home again. I'm one month away from having a child and may not have a working bathroom that doesn't damage our home upon use. To be clear: I do not recommend working with this person or his company in the future.
