You won't find a more skilled and capable crew in New England. I've seen several of their houses in person, and it's obvious that they hold themselves to a higher standard than what you will see everywhere else. If your want is the very best quality, you've found where to get it.

I've worked with Jeff Jones and his team at Maine Coast Builders for over 15 years. They built the 5 bedroom shingle style masterpiece I am currently living in. I've been impressed and very happy with the timeliness and quality of the work they have done for me over the years.

Jeff Jones, and Maine Coast Builders, oversaw a large, complex home building project of ours. The outcome was outstanding. They are highly skilled, creative, extraordinarily competent, very honest, responsive to clients' ideas and needs, and on schedule. It could not have been a more positive experience. They do work of the highest order and they are honest, wonderful people to work with to boot. I recommend them wholeheartedly and unreservedly.

Maine Coast Builders built our new home. They were a joy to work with. We wanted a new house that had many of the details often found in classic shingle-style houses and the sophisticated systems of a modern house. The exterior has curves and difficult angles. The interior has details that required very fine carpentry and attention to detail. We have geothermal heat and radiant heat throughout. Maine Coast Builders' subcontractors are real pros. Our basement mechanical room looks like a submarine and the house is toasty and warm during the worst Maine winters. The interiors are so well done that people often assume this is an old house that has been renovated. Jeff Jones is easy to work with and very responsive. The project came in on time and on budget. We are thrilled and recommend Maine Coast builders highly.

Maine Coast built our home 9 years ago and it was a great experience. The project came in on time and we were thrilled with the finished product. Last year we hired them to build a significant addition and we were totally satisfied. Maine Coast Builders designed, built and installed a series of complicated custom humidified cigar cases for The Federal Cigar retail store in Portsmouth NH. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was extraordinary and their willingness to think creatively and come up with solutions during install on site was exemplary. Warranty and follow-up afterwards has been important as the humidification of the cases caused expected shifts in the wood necessitating adjustments. Their responsiveness to our calls regarding those necessary adjustment was always timely and of course fully covered under their original price without complaint. Based on my experience I can highly recommend Maine Coast Builders

We chose Maine Coast Builders, a company with many years of experience in constructing coastal homes. From the rough construction to the detailed finish work, we found the MCB craftsmen to be highly skilled and able to handle the complex design work flawlessly. Their talent is evident in the details of both the exterior and interior, showcasing expansive cathedral ceilings with inverted recesses. A hand-constructed staircase, built in cabinetry, window seats and mantles, all were fabricated with care & precision. Jeff Jones supervised the construction, coordinating the various craftsmen and kept within the planned timeline.
