No professionalism, first year no response after we signed the contract and paid, did not complete the job. It is one of the worst contractor to work with.

Majesty Homes is one of the worst contractors I have ever dealt with. I have really tried not to leave a bad review for Rita Londree and give her a chance to finish and leave on a good note. But after multiple (At least 25) unanswered phone calls/voicemails and no response whatsoever I had to! While I write this review the project is still not complete and its been more than 2 years. We wanted to get a Sunroom and a patio done. One of the projects listed in her portfolio (The Patio and Water Feature) is my project. The project started in October of 2018 and we were promised that the whole project will be finished in 4 to 6 months. The Sunroom itself took more than a year to complete around November 2019 (Still some items are pending - its 95% complete. The Patio was started in March of 2019 and was completed in Late 2020 (Still items are pending its 95% complete. In early 2019 after she took major chunk of money from me for both Sunroom and Patio in lieu of buying materials she disappeared on me and later showed up after 3+ months of no work asking for more money - Reason she gave was that she ran out of money as she had other projects pending and spent my project money on them. Later I learnt from her crew that she hadn't paid them in a long time. Her main guy Mauricio who did most of her work has left the job and as per him she owes him more than 5000$ in labor. I was so fed up with her that I told her that I will report her and get her license cancelled, that is when she partnered with another company who guaranteed me that the work will be finished and took more money to buy materials. I made a mistake of giving her more than I owed according to the contract. The work remaining is worth more than what I owe her on the contract so she has stopped replying to my emails and answering my phone calls. We had used Techobloc materials for our project which were ordered by Majesty homes. We have some warranty issue with one of the pavers which Techobloc has acknowledged to replace but they need a order number from Majesty homes in order to replace the pavers but Rita has not yet responded to them and its been over 6months. The polymeric sand she used on our project was horrible quality saving grace is that she did replace it with a supposedly better product. Its only been few months since replacement so I am not sure if it will stand a test of time. The water feature that you see in the pictures was completely designed by me along with all the key parts and calculations. There is one part which has gone bad on the feature which was supposedly under warranty and she had promised to replace it but its been a more than a year and she has yet to replace it (since June of 2020). The whole project took more than 2 years to complete (Still pending) and I had to be involved in every step as crew was never told what they are supposed to do and I had to be the GC myself so the crew could work.

Majestic dud a great job in building our deck. Rita helped us in choosing our design an material. The project was completed as per schedule

Majesty did a great job in building our Patio. The project took a couple more weeks than we expected but the quality of their work is great! We liked our patio and we are enjoying it!

Majesty Homes did a great job re-building our 16yo deck with new boards, new rails, and new stairs. The workmanship was first class, and we're very happy with the result!

Majesty Homes is just the kind of group that is a dream come true for any homeowner looking for quality work at a reasonable price. Rita and her skilled crew care about the details of their work and always listen to what you want. I have referred them to many of my neighbors who have also been very happy with their work. We had them build 2 decks, a balcony, a screened in porch and a beautiful flagstone patio with a gas firepit. They can do it all and do it all well!

We used Majesty Homes for a flagstone patio at the back of the house and were very pleased with their work. They came highly recommended to me from others in my neighborhood and they ended up not only doing an excellent job but at a very reasonable price. I'd highly recommend them for any patio work.

We are loving our natural stone patio! We hired Majesty Homes to build a 1,000+ square foot patio with a retaining wall for our backyard. They finished the project on time, on budget and the patio looks amazing. When installed, they were very professional, and the finished product looked even better than we expected. Most importantly, they have continued to go the extra mile even after receiving the partial and final payments. They were refreshingly honest throughout the entire process and were always available to discuss the status. It was a pleasure to work with Majesty Homes. Majesty Homes just finished installing a new liner in my chimney, and renewing the mortar in both the fireplace and the chimney that had deteriorated over the years. they did an excellent job for a reasonable price and I would recommend them to others for their chimney jobs.

I had the best experience with Majesty Homes. They were always on time and gave me the most fair price quote. They clearly explained everything. They were organized and prompt. I had some retaining walls and a fireplace built outside. Everything passed inspection. I enjoyed the company so much that I then had them fix my inside fireplace. I would highly reccomend Majesty Homes.
