SDA designed our recently completed new build construction project in coastal San Diego. My wife and I very much appreciated how Steve and his team were able to listen to, refine, and advance our vision, while also challenging us to take some risks and get outside of our comfort zone. It was a challenging project based on several external factors that had to be managed and it required a high level of creativity and problem solving throughout the process. Steve and his team were tireless in working through the various iterations and always maintained a high level of professionalism and energy. The final product is a unique, thoughtful, functional, and well integrated home with bold lines, maximized views, and a refined industrial aesthetic that meets the needs of our family and is a joy to live in.
