Simple Floors San Francisco

We live in a high rise with strict working hours and flooring noise requirements, so had done some homework on flooring and underlayment samples prior to seeking bids for old floor demolition, new flooring and installation following a flooding incident. We liked that Simple Floors was already doing work in the building and knew the building requirements. It was also a breath of fresh air when the bid from Christian was the only one we received without an inflated square footage calculation. They started and finished on time despite our old hardwood floor being much more difficult to remove then originally thought, and the concrete slab underneath being much more uneven. We are more than very pleased with the result, and are glad to see them around the building on occasion doing other units. If you want honest and professional this is it.

Great Flooring and great prices. Did 1800 sq ft..Using tile laminate for the bath/kitchen and hardwood for the rest of the house. Easy to install.

Simple Floors is a great resource for attractively price hardwood flooring. My installer suggested I stop by and take a look. As a designer, with plenty of experience under my belt in the flooring arena, I found their selection, customer service and pricing to be excellent. I don't write reviews unless the company is exceptional or if I'm pissed about something, Simple floors, in my opinion is the only place to shop for floors. I visited many many places before I stopped in their showroom and the quality and value is unmatched. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly extremely patient while we changed our minds a dozen times. Stop by the other places first and you'll see what I mean. 293232

Friends in San Francisco had bought their floors from Simple Floors so we visited their showroom while visiting. We were building a new home in St Simons Island, Georgia and found the prefect floor at Simple Floors. Only thing it was the wrong coast! Turns out they have a warehouse in Georgia also! We ordered the flooring for the entire house and had it shipped from their Georgia warehouse for a very reasonable cost. Christian and Keven were very helpful at every step of the way. We can highly recommend them.
