I contracted the services of Home Climate Pro, 8 Tarryn Terrace, Richmond, ON K0A 2Z0 Phone:(613) 656-0530 to inspect and clean my furnace and air conditioners at two separate properties and I was impressed. It started with Christine on the phone, friendly warm and couteous. Booked my first appointment. Matt, one of two owners, came to visit and thoroughly cleaned and inspected my furnace. He then explained to me about how much longer I could expect to keep my furnace. He explained the pros and cons of keeping it or replacing it. On his next appointment he did the same thing for my second property furnace and also cleaned and inspected my air conditioner. I appreciated his honesty and he did not try to 'sell' me a new furnace but I now know what my options are. Due to their totally professional manner, I will be purchasing new furnaces and an air conditioner from them when the time comes. I have referred them many times and people who have purchased furnaces and air conditioners from them are more than pleased.
